“Going Green” program!
This program recognizes corporate accountability in helping sustain our world and provides steps to improve the environment, including rallying employee and client participation and instituting eco-friendly initiatives within the company.

- Through HealthPort’s secure, electronic release of information system, our specialists electronically transmitted 75 million pages of medical records last year for clients instead of copying, saving over 10,800 trees!
- Clients who use HealthPort’s electronic document management system save approximately 1.1 million pages of paper each year, utilizing the system’s COLD/ERM capture feature.
- HealthPort’s remote coding clients saved over 3,777 gallons of gasoline reimbursements last year!
- Through our web portal, HealthPortConnect, we electronically deliver over 41% of all requests for medical records to requesters, saving them $9.75 million annually and approximately 7,200 trees!
