Matt Rohs
Matt Rohs has been in the release of information (ROI) industry for over 20 years and joined HealthPort in 1998. For the past 4 years, Mr. Rohs has served as HealthPort’s Vice President and General Manager of ROI Services where he holds responsibility for all field operational activities and financial results for the Division.
As HealthPort’s VP and GM of ROI Services, Mr. Rohs works with large healthcare systems including, Mayo, Emory, Cleveland Clinic, WellStar, Vanderbilt and many others to maximize operational efficiencies for the compliant exchange of protected health information through release of information services and technology.
As an experienced speaker, Mr. Rohs has presented at numerous state and local health information management conferences and conventions on topics of interest to the health information management community. In addition, Rohs serves as an industry expert, having authored HealthPort ROI focused whitepapers, and as a contributor to articles featured in prominent healthcare publications.
Mr. Rohs is a registered CPA and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Rohs served as President of the Association of Health Information Outsourcing, or AHIOS, a trade association for firms assisting hospitals and other healthcare providers in outsourcing the release of patient information and other health information-management outsourcing services.
