Brian Grazzini

Brian M. Grazzini has served as HealthPort’s Chief Financial Officer since March 2008 where he manages the legal, budgeting, and financial reporting functions in addition to the direction of the treasury and accounts receivable departments. Before joining HealthPort, Mr. Grazzini served as chief financial officer for Genoa Healthcare and executive vice president and chief financial officer for Centennial Healthcare Corporation, both providers of long-term healthcare services.

In addition, Mr. Grazzini has held executive and senior management positions at various other healthcare companies, including Mariner Healthcare, Inc. where he served as vice president of finance for several different operational divisions, including rehabilitative services, institutional pharmacy, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, physician management practice, nursing home and assisted living facilities. Mr. Grazzini holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Kennesaw State University.
