Jonathan Arkin

Jonathan Arkin joined HealthPort in 2001 and now serves as Vice President of Business Development where he is responsible for new market opportunities, strategic direction and partnership synergies. During his tenure at HealthPort, he has aggressively pursued its technology edge in the release of information (ROI) industry and has successfully executed complimentary solutions in areas of compliance and electronic information exchange.

Prior to HealthPort Mr. Arkin began his career in the healthcare provider sector where he was responsible for operational management at a multi-state home healthcare company that provided in-home nursing, infusion and home medical equipment.

Mr. Arkin has an undergraduate degree in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University as well as dual Master degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration from Georgia State University. He participates in a number of local and national industry trade associations and was the founder, first President as well as a board member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Healthcare Society.
