Brian M. Grazzini, Chief Financial Officer
In March 2008, Brian M. Grazzini became Chief Financial Officer for HealthPort. Mr. Grazzini has 23 years of experience in accounting and finance, 12 of those years in various senior management positions in healthcare. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Mariner, where he was responsible for financial reporting functions and the direction of the treasury and accounts receivable departments. Mr. Grazzini also served as Vice President of Finance for several different operational divisions, including rehabilitative services, its institutional pharmacy, outpatient rehab clinics, physician management practice, nursing home and assisted living facilities. Prior to this, Brian served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Centennial Healthcare Corporation and was Chief Financial Officer for a large healthcare company that produces $1 billion in gross revenue annually. Mr. Grazzini is a Certified Public Accountant.
