Vendor Opportunities
Event sponsorship provides your company with a high degree of visibility, additional networking opportunities, and contributes to the success and excitement of the conference. Below is a list of sponsorships available. We invite you to select a sponsorship most appropriate for your company. Your company will also receive recognition in the on-site program, as well as on-site signage during the event. We will dedicate a page on our web site to recognize all Corporate Supporters. Sponsorships will be given on first come, first served basis.
Level Sponsorships:
Gold Sponsor- $6,000(Conference Totebag or Water Station/Bottle Sponsorship)
2 Sponsorships Offered
As a Gold Sponsor, your company will receive:
- Recognition of your sponsorship including your company name, logo, tagline, etc. (limited to imprint space available) featured most prominently on the front of the Conference totebag or water station and water bottle/cup
- Verbal recognition and your company name and/or logo will appear (most prominently) at the Welcome Reception, Opening General Session, all breakfasts and lunches and on the HealthPort Summit web page
- One Complimentary Admission to all Conference Events
- 100-word description of company on Summit web page
- A full-page display advertisement with “most choice placement” in the Conference Program
- One complimentary Conference Booth Space
Silver Sponsor - $4,000(Cyber Café)
As a Silver Sponsor, your company will receive:
- Exclusive sponsorship of the Cyber Café which will include signage at Café, screensaver on computers and your company web page upon login
- Verbal recognition and your company name and/or logo will appear at the Welcome Reception, Opening General Session, all breakfasts and lunches and the HealthPort Summit web page
- One Complimentary Admission to all Conference Events
- 50-word description of company on Summit web page
- A half-page display advertisement with “choice placement” in the Conference Program
- One complimentary Conference Booth Space
Bronze Sponsor - $2,500
As a Bronze Sponsor, your company will receive:
- Verbal recognition and your company name and/or logo will appear at the Welcome Reception, Opening General Session, all breakfasts and lunches and the HealthPort Summit web page
- One Complimentary Admission to all Conference Events
- A quarter-page display advertisement in the Conference Program
- One complimentary Conference Booth Space
Additional Sponsorships:
Special Luncheon Sponsor - $2,000 per Luncheon3 Sponsorships Offered
As a Special Luncheon Sponsor, your company will receive:
- Verbal recognition and your company name and/or logo will be displayed during the sponsored luncheon
- Allowed to make a 10-minute presentation during the sponsored luncheon
- Up to two Complimentary Admissions to all Conference Events
- A quarter-page display advertisement in the Conference Program
Break Sponsor - $1000 – 12+ Sponsorships OfferedAs a Conference Break Sponsor, your company will receive:
- Recognition on each sponsored break table and recognition in the Conference Program
