ROI-QuickLink electronically captures remittance advice details from within the HealthPort RCM system, identifies denial codes requiring additional records, and automatically sends a request to health information management (HIM). Denials staff can also place a hot-key request for records directly from RCM. Either way, you save time, reduce phone calls and improve inter-departmental communication. Payers receive records more quickly and claims get paid faster.
